The inventive device relates to medicine, in particular to abdominal surgery and can be used to puncture paratransplant formations that occur after operations for postoperative ventral hernias of various origins using synthetic grafts, differential biopsies, as well as for injection of drugs or grafts. The device is a housing 1 of two halves that mirror each other, fastened together with six screws 2, in the upper part of which there is a bed 3 for the cylinder (a) of the puncture cartridge or syringe, and a groove 4 for the ears (b) (finger rest) cylinder (a) of a puncture cartridge or syringe.
