The present invention relates to a device for extracting, mixing, and injecting egg contents, wherein egg contents can be directly and simultaneously extracted, mixed, and injected into a container while the eggs remain in an egg carton. The device of the present invention comprises: a suctioning nozzle which is disposed at the vertical top of eggs fixed in an egg carton, is made to ascend, and suctions egg contents by piercing the top of an egg to be inserted therein； a screw which is equipped along a direction in which the egg contents are moved in the suctioning nozzle so as to transfer the egg contents by means of rotary power； a feeding hose which is connected with the suctioning nozzle so that the suctioned egg contents are moved therethrough； a suctioning pump which is connected with the feeding hose in order to forcibly transfer the egg contents so that the egg contents consisting of the yolk and the white are separated； a discharging hose which is connected with the suctioning pump so that the separated egg contents are moved therethrough； and a discharging nozzle and a discharging valve which are connected with the discharging hose so as to inject the separated egg contents in a container.본 발명은 계란내용물 추출 및 혼합주입장치에 관한 것으로 계란판 상에서 계란을 빼내지 않은 상태 그대로 계란내용물을 추출과 동시에 혼합하여 용기에 바로 주입하도록 하기 위하여, 계란판 상에 고정된 계란의 수직 상부에 위치되어 승강 작동하며 계란의 상부측을 뚫고 내부로 진입하여 계란내용물을 흡입하는 흡입노즐과, 상기 흡입노즐 내에 계란내용물의 이동방향을 따라 구비되어 회전력에 의해 계란내용물을 이송시키는 스크류와, 상기 흡입노즐에 연결되어 흡입된 계란내용물이 이동되는 유입호스와, 상기 유입호스에 연결되어 계란내용물을 강제 이송시키면서 노른자위와 흰자위로 된 계란내용물을 분해하는 흡입펌프와, 상기 흡입펌프에 연결되어 분해된 계란내용물이 이동되는 배출호스와, 상기 배출호스에 연결 설치되어 분해된 계란내용물을 용기에 주입하는 배출노즐 및 배출밸브로 이루어진다.
