The present invention relates to a bone fixing system used for open wedge high tibial osteotomy which forms an incision groove in tibia. The system includes: a plate including multiple screw holes to support the tibia and a screw including first screw portions inserted and coupled into the tibia and second screw portions inserted and coupled into the screw holes. Pitches of the second screw portions are narrower than those of the first screw portions to pull the tibia and the plate together.
