The present invention relates to a composition for bone regeneration containing recombinant adipose stem cells, which can effectively induce angiogenesis regeneration and bone differentiation to have excellent effects of inducing bone formation and bone regeneration to damaged bones, thereby being able to be usefully used for treating fracture diseases. An aspect of the present invention provides the composition for bone regeneration containing at least one adipose stem cells among adipose stem cells transformed with BMP2 genes and adipose stem cells transformed with VEGF genes.본 발명은 재조합 지방줄기세포를 포함하는 골 재생용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 효과적으로 신생혈관 생성 및 골 분화를 유도할 수 있어 손상된 골에 대한 골형성 유도 및 골재생 효과가 우수하므로, 골절 질환의 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
