PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of an accident in which an injection needle pierces, for example, a hand of a patient due to any operational error during an accommodating operation.SOLUTION: A sleeve 10 is externally fitted to an injection cylinder 2 movably in an axial direction from an administration position at which an injection needle 5 protrudes toward a tip side to an accommodating position at which the injection needle 5 is accommodated. A coil spring 16, which urges the sleeve 10 toward the accommodating position, is arranged between the sleeve 10 and the injection cylinder 2. The coil spring 16 is retained beforehand in a compression state by the spring holder 17. The spring holder 17 is linked beforehand to the injection cylinder 2 so that the coil spring is released by further forcibly inserting the injection cylinder 2 toward the tip side after completion of administration of a liquid medicine. Further, the sleeve 10 and the injection cylinder 2 are engaged in the axial direction so that locking occurs at the accommodating position when the sleeve 10 is moved to the accommodating position by means of an urging force of the coil spring 16.【課題】 収納操作の誤操作によって患者が注射針を手などに突き刺してしまうという事故の発生を回避する。【解決手段】 スリーブ１０を、注射針２が先端側に突出する投与位置から注射針２を収納する収納位置まで軸方向に移動可能に注射筒２に外嵌し、スリーブ１０と注射筒２との間に、スリーブ１０を収納位置に向けて付勢するコイルスプリング１６を配設し、該コイルスプリング１６をスプリングホルダー１７に圧縮状態で保持させておく。スプリングホルダー１７は、薬液の投与終了後に注射筒２をさらに先端側に押し込むことによりコイルスプリングを解放するように注射筒２に連係させておくとともに、コイルスプリング１６の付勢力によってスリーブ１０が収納位置に移動したとき、該収納位置でロックするようにスリーブ１０と注射筒２とが軸方向に係合されるようにする。【選択図】 図１９
