PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device and a program which can correctly grasp intracerebral tissue changes over time and support diagnosis.SOLUTION: Two MRI brain images different in capturing timing are subjected to spatial positioning (S11), tissue separation processing (S12), spatial standardization (S13), and smoothing (S14), and change amounts in the resultant two tissue images are calculated to obtain a change amount image (S15) and a statistic comparison is performed with a healthy-person change-amount image (S16).
