The oil composition is featured in that the oil composition for heating contains a total of 1-5 ppm of silicon oil whose kinematic viscosity at 25 DEG C is 500-3000 mm2/s and a total of 0.05-0.5 mass% of polyglycerol fatty acid ester, wherein the average polymerization degree of poly glycerin in the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is 3-7, and the average degree of esterification of polyglycerol fatty acid ester is 45-80%.
