FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to pediatric cardiosurgery. In the first version of the method, parameters are determined: a systolic pressure gradient between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery (RV/PA), a KPA regurgitation fraction, a right ventricular ejection fraction (EF RV), a left ventricular ejection fraction (EF LV), a right ventricular end systolic volume index (iESV RV), index of the end diastolic volume of the right ventricle (iEDV RV), ratio iEDV RV/iEDV LV, presence of tricuspid valve (TV) insufficiency, presence of aneurysm of the right ventricular output tract (RVOT), duration of the QRS complex on ECG. If observing: I functional class of chronic cardiac failure, as well as at least one parameter – systolic pressure gradient RV/PA≥70 mm Hg or regurgitation fraction on KPA≥25 % – and at least two parameters of the following: EF RV≤47 %, EF LV≤55 %, iESV RV≥80 ml/m2, iEDV RV≥150 ml/m2, iEDV RV/iEDV LV≥2, insufficiency of TV≥II gr., RVOT aneurysm, duration of QRS complex on ECG≥140 ms, KPA replacement is considered to be shown. In the second version of the method (symptomatic course), parameters are determined: a systolic pressure gradient between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery (RV/PA), a KPA regurgitation fraction, a right ventricular ejection fraction (EF RV), a left ventricular ejection fraction (EF LV), a right ventricular end systolic volume index (iESV RV), a right ventricular end-diastolic volume (iEDV RV) index, an iEDV RV/iEDV LV ratio, presence of TV deficiency, presence of an aneurysm RVOT duration of the QRS complex on the ECG. If observing: II and higher functional class of chronic cardiac failure, as well as at least one parameter – systolic pressure gradient RV/PA≥50 mm Hg or regurgitation fraction on KPA≥25 % – and at least one criterion of the following: EF RV≤47 %, EF LV≤55 %, iESV RV≥80 ml/m2, iEDV RV≥150 ml/m2, iEDV RV/iEDV LV≥2, insufficiency of TV≥II gr., RVOT aneurysm, durat
