PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the suitability of a mounting position of an orthokeratology lens. An ophthalmic apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment includes a specific site detection unit, a corneal shape measurement unit, a feature point setting unit, and an evaluation unit. The specific site detection unit detects a specific site of the eye after removing the orthokeratology lens. The corneal shape measuring unit measures the corneal shape of the eye. The feature point setting unit sets the feature point from the corneal shape data acquired by the corneal shape measurement unit. The evaluation unit evaluates the wearing state of the orthokeratology lens on the eye based on the specific region detected by the specific region detection unit and the feature points set by the feature point setting unit.
