The present invention relates to a palatal anchor for orthodontic treatment, and to a lingual traction device comprising the palatal anchor. The palatal anchor for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention comprises: an anchor body to be fixed in a palate during orthodontic treatment and a hook portion formed at the anchor body to enable the connection of a traction member providing orthodontic force to teeth. Here, the anchor body includes: a base member fixable to the palate via an implantation nail during orthodontic treatment at least one first coupling hole formed in the base member and at least one second coupling hole formed in the base member such that the second coupling hole is located at the left or right side of a virtual line passing through the center of the first coupling hole in the forward and backward directions. According to the present invention, as implantation nails for fixing the palatal anchor at the surface of a palate are fastened onto the left and right sides of the line passing through the right center of the palate, initial anchoring force is ensured and the anchoring force of the implantation nails is maintained during the reformation of bones near the implantation nails after fastening the implantation nails, and thus lingual traction may be stably provided during orthodontic treatment.본 고안은: 치열의 교정을 위한 치열교정치료시에 구개에 정착되는 앵커 몸체 그리고 상기 앵커 몸체에 구비되며, 상기 치열에 교정력을 제공하는 견인부재의 연결이 가능한 걸이부를 포함하여 구성되는 치열교정용 구개 고정원 및 이를 갖는 설측견인장치를 개시한다. 여기서, 상기 앵커 몸체는 상기 치열교정치료시에 식립못에 의해 상기 구개에 고정 가능한 베이스부재, 상기 베이스 부재에 형성되는 적어도 하나의 제1체결공, 그리고 상기 제1체결공의 중심을 전후방향으로 지나는 가상선의 좌측 또는 우측에 위치하도록, 상기 베이스부재에 형성되는 적어도 하나의 제2체결공을 포함한다. 본 고안에 따르면, 구개 고정원을 구개의 표면에 고정하기 위한 식립못이 구개 정중선의 좌측과 우측에 식립되므로, 초기 정착력을 확보할 수 있는 동시에 상기 식립못의 체결 후에 상기 식립못의 주변 뼈가 재형성되는 기간 동안 상기 식립못의 정착력이 유지될 수 있으므로, 치열교정치료시 설측 견인을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있다.
