PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drawn water controlling structure for a plant pot with which environment around the plant pot may be kept clean, no bacteria and mosquitoes are generated, and in which a water filter is arranged in a detachable manner, thus stained water filter may be reused after washing.SOLUTION: A bowl unit 1 comprises: an inner bowl 10 having a recessed storage region 13； an outer bowl 11 supporting the inner bowl 10； a space section 12 created between the inner bowl 10 and the outer bowl 11； and a water gate hole 14 communicating the storage region 13 and the space section 12. A water stopper 7 is arranged at a contacting position between the inner bowl 10 and the outer bowl 11. A passage 20 having a hollow shape is formed in inner section of a tube 2. An air entering end 201 of the passage 20 is communicated with outer section of the space section 12 of the bowl unit 1. An exhausting end 202 of the passage 20 is communicated with inner section of the space section 12 of the bowl unit 1. In inner section of a water drawing unit 6, several small micro passages 601, 611 are formed.
