The present invention relates to a headband. A headband, having an integrated functional cushion case, can: enhance comfort when worn by having integrally formed on a length adjustment lever of the headband, which comes in contact with the occipital region of a wearer, a cushion case formed from a flexible material and a soft material having resilience by having a resilient ball formed through thereof and come in contact with the occipital region of the wearer in sequence/phases, be easily attached to the occipital region of the wearer, play the role of a buffer when pressed or moved, and stably maintain the attached state to the head regardless of the shape and size of the wearers head when worn, minimize pressure by having a bent portion formed on the edge portion of the cushion case by varying the curvature of each position of the cushion case, be prevented from coming or falling off when worn and thereby stably maintain the attached state to the head by having a vent groove formed on the inner side surface of the cushion case, have excellent ventilation inside thereof when worn and minimize perspiration in case of long working time. A headband comprises: an adjustment band which is worn on a wearers head and has the length adjusted a support band which is connected to the adjustment band and is supported on the upper part of the wearers head and a length adjustment lever for adjusting the length of the adjustment band, wherein a cushion case of a flexible resilient material is integrally formed on the length adjustment lever.
