At least one of the first sealing portion (2) and the second sealing portion (4) move relative to each other in accordance with the amount of liquid medicine (5). A substance (10) configured to inhibit discharging of the liquid medicine (5) is stored in a space (9) in the cylindrical body (3) that is on an inner side of the second sealing portion (4) and that is separate from the liquid medicine (5).
