PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption type preparation which comprises 4-(2-methyl-1-imidazolyl)-2,2-diphenylbutylamide as the active ingredient and a backbone for transdermal system, and satisfies at lest one of the following conditions (1) and (2).SOLUTION: The phermaceutical preparation enables absorption of 4-(2-methyl-1-imidazolyl)-2.2-dephenylbutylamide, which has a low ability to be absorbed from the skin, from the skin into the body continuously and efficiently.
