PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental floss holder allowing a user to easily adjust a stretching state of dental floss, preventing easy loosening of the once-stretched floss and having high usability when performing interdental cleaning.SOLUTION: A dental floss holder includes a grip part and a stretching part for stretching dental floss. The stretching part includes: a pair of arm parts on which the dental floss is laid across laterally winding parts projecting from outsides of the pair of arm parts and capable of winding the dental floss therearound cut parts being cut at tip ends of the pair of arm parts guide parts provided along the longitudinal direction of the pair of arm parts for guiding the dental floss and locking parts projecting to portions near the tip ends of the pair of arm parts for locking the dental floss.
