PURPOSE: A composition of a gel form containing alginic acid, polygamma glutamic acid, sodium hyluronic acid, phytic acid, and calcium chloride and an adhesion barrier containing the same are provided to form a safe crosslinking without chemical reaction.CONSTITUTION: A composition of a gel form contains 1-3%(w/v) of alginic acid, 0.3-1.5%(w/v) of polygamma glutamic acid, 0.3-1.5%(w/v) of sodium hyaluronic acid, 0.8-2.0%(w/v) of phytic acid, and 0.05-0.2%(w/v) of calcium chloride. The composition includes ionic crosslinking without chemical crosslinking reaction. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of adding the alginic acid to purified water a step of adding polygamma glutamic acid and adding 2N caustic soda solution and dissolving a step of filtering and completely removing insoluble materials a step of adding sodium hyaluronate and heating a step of adding phytic acid and mixing and a step of adding calcium chloride and mixing.
