The cultivator tine comprises a base part attached to the cultivator shaft, and a blade housing extending from the base part and curving in opposite direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, and the blade housing consists of a straightline flat part extending from the base part so that it is flush with the base part, and a part bending from the distal end of the straightline flat part in the direction of the cultivator shaft. A wedge-shaped edge part having an end surface on the side opposite the direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, is formed as the top at the distal end of the curved part and the curved part is formed so that an imaginary line passing through the central axis of the cultivator shaft and the perpendicular line of beginning of the bending of the curved part on the side view, crosses the curved part. The rotary device comprises left and right cultivator shafts. The shafts are equipped with the cultivator tines of the construction described above.
