The present invention relates to a sunscreen cosmetic composition having a perspiration suppressing function and a manufacturing method for a sunscreen using the same. According to the present invention, the sunscreen cosmetic composition having a perspiration suppressing function contains one or more ingredients selected among glycopyrrolate having the perspiration suppressing function, an organic sunscreen agent, or an inorganic sunscreen agent as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for a sunscreen using the same provides the sunscreen cosmetic composition by effectively and evenly mixing a glycopyrrolate ingredient which has a perspiration suppressing function, with a UV blocking matter. The sunscreen cosmetic composition can improve UV blocking efficiency by reducing damage to the sunscreen-coated layer due to perspiration and improving comfort and usage sensations when the sunscreen is used since perspiration is effectively suppressed, in comparison with conventional sunscreens. Therefore, the sunscreen cosmetic composition can minimize disadvantages such as skin stimulation, toxicity, and discharge of environmental hormone and improve safety by reducing the usage amount of the organic/inorganic sunscreen and can improve the UV blocking function.본 발명은 발한억제 기능을 가지는 기능성 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물 및 이를 사용한 자외선 차단제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기한 본 발명의 발한억제 기능을 가지는 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물은 발한 억제 작용을 가지는 글리코피롤레이트와 유기 자외선 차단제 또는 무기 자외선 차단제에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 발한억제 기능을 가지는 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물 및 이를 사용한 자외선 차단제의 제조방법은 발한억제 작용을 갖는 성분인 글리코피롤레이트 성분을 자외선 차단물질과 효과적으로 균질하게 혼합하여 자외선 차단제 화장료 조성물을 제공하므로, 종래의 자외선 차단물질을 단독으로 사용하는 것과 비교하여, 땀의 분비가 효과적으로 억제되어 선크림 사용시 사용감과 쾌적감이 향상되고 땀의 분비로 인한 선크림 도포막의 손상이 감소하여 자외선 차단 효율을 증가시킬 수 있고, 이는 유기/무기 자외선 차단제의 사용량을 줄여 피부자극, 독성, 안정성, 환경 호르몬 배출 등의 단점을 최소화하는 동시에 자외선 차단기능을 높이는 효과가 있다.
