Provided is a disposable syringe which has an uncomplicated structure and is incapable of being reused once used. The disposable syringe of the present invention comprises, in addition to a cylinder and a plunger of a regular syringe, a re-suction prevention mechanism. The re-suction prevention mechanism comprises: a housing which is joined closely to an inner surface of a cylinder, near a closed end inside the cylinder； a first check valve which permits an injection fluid to flow into the cylinder, and blocks the injection fluid from flowing in an opposite direction thereof； a second check valve which blocks the injection fluid from flowing into the cylinder, and permits the injection flow to flow in an opposite direction thereof； and a stopper mechanism which is disposed to be moved by a fluid pressure of the injection fluid inside the housing, and is moved by a fluid pressure of the injection fluid at the time of the injection fluid being injected, to be fixed to block the injection fluid from flowing to the first check valve. According to the present invention, since merely the re-suction prevention mechanism comprising two check valves and a stopper mechanism is added compared to regular syringes, the disposable syringe has a simple structure, and from the position of the stopper mechanism, it is possible to conveniently visually confirm whether the syringe has been used, without having to pull a plunger.구조가 간단하면서도 한번 사용하면 다시 사용할 수 없는 일회용 주사기가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일회용 주사기는 일반적인 주사기의 실린더와 밀대 이외에 재흡입방지기구를 더 구비한다. 재흡입방지기구는, 실린더의 내부의 폐쇄단에 인접한 부위에 실린더 내부 표면과 밀착되어 결합되는 하우징과, 실린더 내부 방향으로의 주사액의 흐름을 허용하고 그 반대의 흐름은 차단하는 제1 체크밸브와, 실린더 내부 방향으로의 주사액의 흐름을 차단하고 그 반대의 흐름은 허용하는 제2 체크밸브와, 하우징 내에 주사액의 유압에 의해 이동 가능하도록 배치되며 주사액의 주입시에 주사액의 유압에 의해 이동하여 제1 체크밸브로의 주사액 흐름을 차단하도록 고정되는 스톱퍼기구를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일반 주사기에 비하여 체크밸브 2개와 스톱퍼기구를 포함하는 재흡입방지기구만이 추가되므로 구조가 간단하고, 스톱퍼기구의 위치로부터 주사기의 사용 여부를 눈으로 확인할 수 있으므로 밀대를 잡아당길 필요없이 주사기 사용 여부를 쉽게 확인할 수 있다.
