The present invention relates to a fixing system for restoring a fractured thighbone. The fixing system comprises: a metal plate including a screw hole for inducing attachment on the surface of the thighbone, and a hook for inducing compression by being hung on the upper end of the thighbone a fixing material including a screw coupled with the thighbone by being inserted in the screw hole, and a wire wound on the thighbone on the basis of the screw and a sleeve selectively mounted on the screw, and tensely fixing the wire.
