PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assist device in which a seat part on which a user is seated is vertically elevatable.SOLUTION: The walking assist device includes: a base part 1 to travel on a road surface the seat part 10 which is attached to the base part 1 so as to be elevatable and on which the user is seated a motor-driven cylinder 30 for elevating/lowering the seat part 10 and a link mechanism 20 for transmitting the output of the motor-driven cylinder 30 to the seat part 10.
