An introducer device (10) for percutaneous introduction into blood vessels and other ducts in the body comprises an outermost tube (11) having a distal end ( 12) intended to enter percutaneously and slide inside a duct, and a proximal end (15) provided with a valve element (14) with a leaktight axial passage (20). The outer tube removably houses a fascial dilator (13) inserted axially in the tube (11) through the passage of the valve element so as to project from the distal end (12) with its tapering end (16). The distal end (12) can be controllably moved between a rest condition and a radially expanded condition so as to form a funnel against the walls of the vessel.
