Namely, the device the object of the invention includes a first component suitable for emitting a low-frequency time-varying magnetic field, a second component suitable for emitting a high-frequency time-varying magnetic field and a third component suitable for emitting electromagnetic waves having a wavelength between 10 nm and 1 mm. The device the object of the invention may further comprise a fourth component suitable for emitting ultrasonic waves and a fifth component suitable for emitting heat.
