Devices and methods are disclosed for the control of blood perfusion pressurewithin a blood vessel that undergoes arterialization. A cannula is introducedthat contains a stenosis that either resorbs or is removed in time, allowing agradual increase in blood pressure between two blood passages connected at eitherends of the cannula. Particular emphasis has been made with the use of the cannulafor the vessels in the heart.
