The present invention relates to a method for producing an avatara which is a rheumatoid arthritis animal model. More specifically, synovial tissue separated from a rheumatoid arthritis patient is transplanted, and peripheral blood monocytes and synovial cells are additionally fed. When an animal model is produced according to the present invention, an animal model for personally customized treatment can be provided. Moreover, peripheral blood monocytes and synovial cells are additionally fed after transplantation of synovial tissue of a patient, so a rheumatoid arthritis animal model can be more effectively produced. Accordingly, it is expected that the rheumatoid arthritis animal model remarkably contributes to the development of a rheumatoid arthritis treating agent and a treating scheme.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 류마티스 관절염 동물모델의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 류마티스 관절염 환자로부터 분리한 활막 조직을 이식하고, 이후 말초혈액 단핵구 및 활막 세포를 추가적으로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 류마티스 관절염 동물모델의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 동물모델을 제조하면 개인 맞춤형 치료를 위한 동물모델의 제공이 가능하고, 한편, 환자의 활막 조직 이식 후 말초혈액 단핵구 및 활막 세포를 추가적으로 주입함으로써 류마티스 관절염 동물모델을 더욱 효과적으로 제조할 수 있으므로, 류마티스 관절염 치료제 및 치료방법 개발에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
