PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified composition of high storage stability by compounding an alkyl dimethylamine oxide in &beta-glycyrrhetinic acid insoluble in water, petroleum ether, etc.SOLUTION: The emulsified composition comprises: an alkyl dimethylamine oxide represented by the general formula (wherein R is alkyl) &beta-glycyrrhetinic acid and water. In the composition, particularly it is desirable that the R is a lauryl group or myristyl group, and it is desirable that the compounding amounts of the alkyl dimethylamine oxide and the &beta-glycyrrhetinic acid are 1-10 wt.% and 0.3-3.5 wt.%, respectively and it is further desirable that the compounding amounts of the alkyl dimethylamine oxide and the &beta-glycyrrhetinic acid are 5-10 wt.% and 1-3.5 wt.%, respectively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】水や石油エーテルなどに不溶なβ-グリチルレチン酸にアルキルジメチルアミンオキシドを配合することにより、保存安定性に優れた乳化組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記一般式(Rはアルキル基)で表されるアルキルジメチルアミンオキシド、β-グリチルレチン酸および水からなる乳化組成物とする。特に、Rがラウリル基あるいはミリスチル基であることが望ましい。アルキルジメチルアミンオキシドの配合量が1~10重量%、かつβ-グリチルレチン酸の配合量が0.3~3.5重量%であり、さらに、アルキルジメチルアミンオキシドの配合量が5~10重量%、かつβ-グリチルレチン酸の配合量が1~3.5重量%であることが望ましい。【選択図】なし
