PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation method characterized by bacteriostasis selective to only Gram-positive bacteria, without suppressing proliferation of aerobic bacteria in a soil, and to provide high functionality products cultivated by this method.SOLUTION: Since Gram-positive bacteria contained in soil generate poisons and give adverse influences on products, agricultural site has a problem of selectively reducing Gram-positive bacteria. By optionally adding a specific humic substance, (1) a method for selectively reducing the abundance ratio of Gram-positive bacteria with toxicity without reducing useful aerobic bacteria, (2) a soil in which Gram-positive bacteria is selectively reduced, and (3) a production method with a low Gram-positive-bacteria soil, and high-functionality products produced by this production method are developed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】土壌中の好気性細菌の増殖を抑えること無く、グラム陽性菌のみを選択的に静菌することを特徴とする植物の栽培方法とこの方法により栽培された高機能な生産物を提供する。【解決手段】土壌に含まれるグラム陽性菌は、害毒を発生して生産物に悪影響を与えるため、農業現場ではグラム陽性菌を選択的に低減することが課題となっていた。本発明は、特定の腐植物質を任意に加えることにより、(1)有用な好気性菌を減らすこと無く外毒性を有するグラム陽性菌の存在割合を選択的に低減する方法、(2)グラム陽性菌を選択的に低減した土壌、ならびに(3)低グラム陽性菌土壌における生産方法とこの生産方法で生産する高機能な生産物を開発した。【選択図】図1
