PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable biocide composition which contains a constant combination of an imidazolidine compound with a 3-isothiazolone compound and a copper salt in a low concentration for the stabilization.SOLUTION: This stable biocide composition comprises at least one formaldehyde-releasing imidazolidine compound at least one 3-isothiazolone compound a stabilizing amount of a copper ion and a solvent.
