PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information of a blood flow inside a part to be examined more accurately.SOLUTION: A measurement device includes: a light source for emitting at least one first pulse light and at least one second pulse light whose light power is different from it, with respect to a part to be examined of an object； a photodetector for detecting at least one first reflection pulse light and at least one second reflection pulse light which have returned from the part to be examined； and a control circuit for controlling the light source and the photodetector. The control circuit allows the light source to emit at least one first pulse light and at least one second pulse light at different timing respectively.
