The present invention relates to a herbicide composition for weed control, containing a Streptomyces sp. KR-OO4 strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. Specifically, the Streptomyces sp. KR-OO4 strain or the culture medium thereof exhibits excellent herbicidal activity against gramineous weeds, broad-leaved weeds and herbicide-resistant weeds as a result of the foliage treatment against the aforementioned weeds. In addition, the strain exhibits excellent weed control and herbicidal activity against different types of weeds under simple packaging conditions. Therefore, the invention can be effectively used as an herbicidal composition for weed control, wherein Streptomyces sp. KR-OO4 strains or the culture medium thereof are contained as an active ingredient.본 발명은 스트렙토마이세스 속 KR-OO4 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 잡초 방제용 제초제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 상기 스트렙토마이세스 속 KR-OO4 균주 또는 이의 배양액이 화본과 잡초, 광엽 잡초 및 난방제 잡초에 경엽처리한 결과, 상기 잡초들에서 우수한 살초활성을 나타내었으며, 간이 포장조건에서도 상기 균주는 각기 다른 종류의 잡초에 대한 우수한 방제 및 살초 효과를 나타냄으로, 상기 스트렙토마이세스 속 KR-OO4 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 잡초 방제용 제초제 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
