A wheelchair includes two side frames, a handle, a switch, a main connecting seat and two main arms.The grip has a movable space and a plurality of guide holes which are respectively communicated with the movable space.The switch has two pins. When the switch is put into the movable space of the handle, the pins are respectively inserted into the corresponding guide holes, and the two ends of the switch are connected through the handle.The main connecting seat is connected with the handle and can be operated synchronously, and the two are kept at a certain distance.The main arms are connected with the two sides of the main coupling base and can move back and forth at the spreading and folding positions.
