PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit processing machine that has a simpler structure in comparison with a conventional one and a less number of components, and safely and efficiently processes fruits.SOLUTION: The fruit processing machine is equipped with a fruit holder 15 for holding a fruit at a set position, and a fruit moving and rotating retention mechanism that thrusts and retains the fruit set at the fruit holder 15 with a retaining needle 11, rotates the retaining needle 11 around its axis, and moves the retaining needle in the axial direction.
