An orthopedic insole is provided with an insole having a bottom portion for facing a sole of a shoe； a first orthopedic pad disposed on the bottom portion of the insole at a location corresponding to at least one selected from the group consisting of a medial longitudinal arch, a lateral longitudinal arch, and a transverse metatarsal arch of a foot.
