The present invention relates to a wound dressing material made of hydrocolloid gel, a polyurethane film, PVA hydrogel, alginate gel and the like, which has excellent stretchability and absorption of exudate on a wound surface so as to protect the wound surface in a state where continuity of body tissues is destructed by physical impact and the like and prevent infection on the wound surface, wherein a wet environment suitable for promoting curing of the wound surface can be maintained for a long time and there is no concern for pains or damage to regenerated skin when the wound dressing material is replaced. The wound dressing material of the present invention comprises a mixture of methylene blue and an organic acid as active ingredients wherein the methylene blue as a composition for preventing infection on the surface where the wound dressing material is attached or on the wound surface has effects of sterilizing staphylococcus aureus and the like and curing psoriasis, acne and the like and is used as a photosensitizer in photodynamic therapy of various skin diseases, and the organic acid can effectively enhance an effect of photodynamic therapy by the methylene blue.본 발명은 물리적인 충격 등에 의해 신체조직의 연속성이 파괴된 상태인 창상면의 보호 및 감염방지를 위해서 신축성이 뛰어나고 창상면의 참출액의 흡수성을 가지고, 창상면의 치유를 촉진하기에 적합한 습윤환경을 장시간 유지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 창상피복재를 교환할 때에 통증이나 재생된 피부가 손상될 염려가 없는 하이드로 콜로이드겔, 폴리우레탄 필름, PVA 하이드로겔, 알긴산염겔 등으로 제조된 창상피복재에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 창상피복재는 창상피복재 부착면 또는 창상면의 감염방지를 위한 조성물로서 황색포도상구균 등에 대한 살균효과 및 건선이나 여드름 등에 효과가 있고, 또한 다양한 피부질환 등을 광역학치료(Photodynamic therapy)에서 광감각제로 사용되는 메틸렌블루 성분과 상기 메틸렌 블루 성분의 광역학치료 효과를 효율적으로 향상시키는 유기산의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 사용하고 있다.
