The index device rotates by the moving angle by the rotation of a motor(120). The round table is installed on the upper part of the horizontal shaft of the index device. The round table rotates by the moving angle. The punch is vertically installed on the round table. The punch forms holes on the shell on the round table.본 발명은 패각의 중심에 코팅연사를 관통시키기 위하여 패각에 구멍을 뚫는 굴 양식용 패각 펀칭기에 있어서, 고정된 이동각을 가지고 모터의 회전에 의해 이동각 만큼씩 회전하는 인덱스 디바이스와, 상기 인덱스 디바이스의 인덱스 종축의 상부에 설치되어, 상기 이동각에 의해 회전하는 원형 테이블과, 상기 원형 테이블에 수직하게 설치되어, 상기 원형 테이블의 상부에 놓여진 패각에 구멍을 뚫기 위해 상-하 왕복 직선운동을 하는 펀칭기를 포함하여 구성되고, 이로써 힘을 들이지 않고 연속적이며 자동으로 패각에 구멍을 뚫을 수 있으므로 소비되는 시간과 비용을 줄이는데 크게 효과가 있다. 더불어, 작업시 부상의 위험이 적어 고령에 관계없이 적은 인력으로도 작업의 효율성을 크게 높일 수 있다.
