Disclosed is an enzyme solution comprising a nonionic surfactant, enzyme, room temperature enzyme stabilizer, isothiazolinone, benzoisothiazolinone, sodium benzoate, solubilizer, pH adjuster and water. In some embodiments, the enzyme solution also comprises a chelating agent. The enzyme solution according to the present invention can be used to clean medical equipment and has excellent compatibility with nonwoven fabrics including viscose fibers and terylene fibers. The enzyme solution dispersed in the nonwoven fabric has excellent enzyme stability, as well as excellent fungus-resistance and bacterium-resistant properties.
