The second fixing element (2) is a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped structure has arranged at the opening thereof a through hole (8), the U-shaped structure has arranged on the exterior wall thereof a groove (9) having the capacity to contain the other pair of wing-shaped plates (5) of the first fixing element (1), and the groove (9) is arc-shaped. The second fixing element (2) is movably connected to the first fixing element (1) via the groove (9), the opening of the U-shaped structure is in the same direction with the opening of the other pair of wing-shaped plates (5) of the first fixing element (1). The flexible element (3) is an arch-shaped flexible structure arranged between the partition plate (6) and the bottom of the U-shaped structure of the second fixing element (2), and is fixed with the partition plate (6) and the second fixing element (2).
