The invention relates to psychology and can be used for attention teaching of operators of man-machine systems with a color display as well as evaluation of professional suitability of specialists on the basis of test scores "sincerity-insincerity". A way of attention teaching includes giving a subject visual tests in conscious and nonconscious forms, registration of mistakes and response time on nonconscious tests, comparison of response results with the control value, statistical processing of the comparison results and decision making upon the sufficiency of attention teaching. Visual conscious and nonconscious tests are randomly backlighted with different colors. The color texts and words (of foreign origin as well) are used as tests. Their dictionary meaning denotes a color coinciding/not coinciding with that of the paint they are displayed with. Before the beginning of teaching an individual is given a task to identify the color of test signals. The mistakes of attention are considered to be the preference of the text content to the color content and the delay of color identification. The invention allows to increase the reliability of attention teaching by means of activating brain centers connected with storage and processing of color and text information.Изобретение относится к психологии и может быть использовано при обучении вниманию операторов человеко-машинных систем с цветным дисплеем, а также для оценки профессиональной пригодности специалистов на основе тестовых оценок "искренность-неискренность". Способ обучения вниманию включает предъявление испытуемому визуальных тестов в осознаваемой и неосознаваемой форме, регистрацию ошибок и времени реакции на тесты, сравнение результатов реакции с контрольными значениями, статистическую обработку результатов сравнения и принятие решения о достаточности обучения вниманию.
