The pharmaceutical composition contains an LRRK2 inhibitor as an active component, exhibits the expression of wild-type LRRK2 which is overexpressed in traumatic brain injury or stroke, protects or repairs damage to neurons induced by traumatic brain injury or stroke, alleviates neurological behavioral outcomes or neuropathy occurring after traumatic brain injury, and has an excellent effect of treating, relieving, or alleviating brain pathologies caused by traumatic brain injury, thereby being able to be usefully used for treating traumatic brain injury or stroke.외상성 뇌손상 또는 뇌졸중의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 약학적 조성물은 LRRK2 저해제를 유효성분으로 함유하며, 외상성 뇌손상 또는 뇌졸중에서 과발현하는 야생형 LRRK2의 발현을 억제하고, 외상성 뇌손상 또는 뇌졸중으로 인해 유도된 손상된 신경세포를 보호 또는 회복시키고, 외상성 뇌손상 후 발생된 신경 행동 결과 또는 신경병증 현상을 개선시키고, 외상성 뇌손상에 의해 발생된 뇌병리 현상을 치료, 완화 또는 개선시키는 효과가 우수하므로, 외상성 뇌손상 또는 뇌졸중의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
