The present invention relates to a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) diagnostic system using a brain network analysis, which includes: a brain wave measuring apparatus (100) making close contact with a scalp of a patient to measure and output a brain wave; a stimulus generating apparatus (200) for generating and outputting a sound stimulating signal in respond to an audibility stimulus generation control signal inputted from the outside; a brain wave analyzing apparatus (300) for outputting the audibility stimulus generation control signal to the stimulus generating apparatus (200) by physical force applied from the outside, receiving the measured brain wave signal through the brain wave measuring apparatus (100), removing noises to estimate a primary signal source with respect to a plurality of positions at a cortex level, reducing the estimated primary signal source into a secondary signal source based on a Brodmann area, dividing the reduced signal source into frequency bands having various levels, calculating the functional connectivity of the signal source by using an amplitude and a potential value of the signal source with respect to each frequency band, and generating and providing diagnosis information by comparing a brain network value calculated on the basis of a result of the functional connectivity with a brain network value of a normal person. Accordingly, an expert accurately performs a diagnosis while referring figures, thereby implementing a treatment, so that a disease is prevented from proceeding toward a severe status and the patient recovers as a normal life in a short time.본 발명은 뇌 네트워크 분석을 통한 외상후스트레스 장애 진단시스템에 관한 것으로, 환자의 두피에 밀착되어 뇌파를 측정하여 출력하는 뇌파 측정 장치(100); 외부로부터 입력되는 청자극 발생제어신호에 응하여 소리 자극 신호를 발생시켜 출력하는 자극 발생 장치(200); 및 외부로부터 가해지는 물리적인 힘에 의해 상기 자극 발생 장치(200)로 청자극 발생제어신호를 출력하고, 상기 뇌파 측정 장치(100)를 통해 측정된 뇌파 신호를 입력받아 노이즈를 제거한 후 피질 수준의 복수개의 위치들에 대해서 1차 신호원을 추정하고, 상기 추정된 1차 신호원을 브로드만 영역(Brodmann area)을 토대로 2차 신호원으로 축소시키고, 축소된 신호원을 여러 수준의 주파수 밴드
