The invention concerns an instrumented garment (1) comprising an elastic woven fabric (2) comprising: - non-conductive elastic threads arranged both in the warp direction and in the weft direction, and; - at least one conductive elastic thread intended to form a bus for transmitting at least one electric signal originating from a sensor (5) sensitive to a physiological and/or actimetric characteristic of the wearer of the garment (1), the at least one conductive elastic thread being positioned only in the weft direction of the fabric (2); said garment (1) being characterised in that said at least one conductive elastic thread is arranged in a protective sheath (6), said sheath (6) being formed by selectively weaving the non-conductive elastic threads arranged in the warp direction so as to form two superposed and locally separate parallel fabric layers.
