The present invention relates to a method for cultivating eco-friendly crops, wherein one honeycomb is disposed per 10,000 to 15,000 pyung of the plantation in which crops have been planted, to induce bee pollination and fruiting, thereby naturally cultivating the crops. Preferably, the prevent invention relates to a method for cultivating eco-friendly chili peppers, the method comprising the steps of: (S1) disposing one honeycomb per 10,000 to 15,000 pyung of the plantation in which chili peppers have been planted, to induce bee pollination and fruiting; (S2) spraying a nutritious solution to the crops morning and evening, wherein the nutritious solution is prepared by mixing sea water, vinegar, rice wine, plum, and sugar at a weight ratio of 1:1:1:1:1, and adding water to the mixture at a weight ratio of 1:3 to 1:5; and (S3) cultivating the crops in a repeated manner of cultivating the chili peppers on one line, cultivating millet on the next line, and cultivating the chili peppers on the line after next, thereby preventing the blight. When crops are cultivated by the method for cultivating eco-friendly crops according to the present invention, the crops can be cultivated in an eco-friendly manner without agricultural chemicals; the fruiting efficiency is remarkably excellent compared with existing methods; and damages by blight and natural damages can be prevented.
