The invention concerns an inner plate fixator device (1) for the correction of severe bone malformations, of the type comprising an elongated plate (2, 2') in which through holes (3, 4) for receiving bone screws are provided. The device (1) according to the invention comprises: -a plate proximal portion (10, 50), structurally independent from the elongated plate (2) and hinged to the former at one of its shaped end (12)； -at least a through hole (15, 45, 55) obtained in the plate proximal portion (10, 50) to receive a cephalic screw (13)； -locking means (20) located in proximity of the hinge point between the elongated plate (2, 2') and the proximal plate (10) for locking the relative angular positioning of the two plates (2, 10)； -the locking means includes at last a nut element abutting against a portion of the plate proximal portion (10, 10', 110) thus removably linking the elongated plate and the proximal plate.
