The present invention relates to a water soluble patch-type solid perfume and a method for manufacturing the same. The water soluble patch-type solid perfume is manufactured by mixing 5-20 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 3-10 wt% of hydroxy propyl methylcellulose (HPMC), 1-10 wt% of methylcellulose (MC), and 3-10 wt% of one among fumed silica, calcium chloride (CaCO_3), and zeolite with respect to 100 wt% of distilled water (H_2O) adding an aroma extract to the same and drying the same.
