The ultrasonic probe includes a transducer configured to transmit an ultrasonic wave to the subject and receive an ultrasonic echo reflected from the subject, an inductor connected in parallel with the transducer, and a current limiter connected to the inductor and configured to limit a current flowing through the inductor to a predetermined current level or lower.
