PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing system for delivering an implantable medical device to a target position of vessel in a body.SOLUTION: A removing system 10 includes a substantially-hollow distal-side tube 300. The distal-side tube includes: a proximal end 302； a distal end 304； and compressible part 306 which is positioned between the proximal end and the distal end, movable between a compressed state and a stretched state in an axial direction, and is a part of the distal-side tube itself. A substantially-hollow proximal-side tube 100 includes a proximal end 102 and a distal end 104. Engaging systems 140, 400 engage with and locate an implantable medical device 12 which is engaged with the distal end of the distal-side tube.
