The present invention relates to a portable cough inducing device using high frequency vibration waves. The present invention is to provide a portable cough inducing device using high frequency vibration waves, in which phlegm remaining in the respiratory organs of a patient can be easily discharged. The portable cough inducing device comprises: a manifold including a first accommodating unit, a second accommodating unit, and a plurality of connecting holes formed around the first accommodating unit, wherein the connecting holes are connected with an external air flowing hole, with first and second contacting holes connected with an air pressure generating unit, and with a second accommodating unit, and the second accommodating unit is connected with a respiration flowing hole connected with the respiratory organs of a patient an air pressure generating unit which has an air feeding hole connected with the first contacting hole, has an air discharging hole connected with the second contacting hole, feeds air through the air feeding hole, and discharges air through the air discharging hole a direction changing valve unit which is coupled with the first accommodating unit and changes a direction so as to supply air fed from the external air flowing hole to the respiratory organs or feed air from the respiratory organs using air pressure generated from the air pressure generating unit and a high frequency vibration wave generating means which is coupled with the second accommodating unit and generates high frequency vibration waves when air fed from the external air flowing hole is supplied to the respiratory organs or air is fed from the respiratory organs.본 발명은 고빈도 진동파를 이용한 이동식 기침 유발기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 환자의 호흡기관에 잔류하고 있는 가래의 배출이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 고빈도 진동파를 이용한 이동식 기침 유발기를 제공함에 있다. 이는 제1수용부와 제2수용부가 형성되고, 상기 제1수용부의 주위에 복수의 연통공이 형성되되, 상기 연통공은 외기 유동구, 공기압 발생유닛과 연통되는 제1,2 접속구 및 제2수용부에 연통되며, 상기 제2수용부는 환자의 호흡기관과 연결된 호흡 유동구에 연통되도록 이루어진 매니폴드와, 상기 제1접속구에 공기 흡입구가 연결되고, 상기 제2접속구에 공기 배출
