PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which acquires an image in which a psychological state of a subject is reflected.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring biological information of a subject a setting unit for setting an imaging parameter on the basis of the biological information and an imaging unit for imaging a subject according to the set imaging parameter. The setting unit includes: a detection section for detecting a psychological state of the subject on the basis of the biological information and a determination section for determining an imaging parameter in accordance with the psychological state. For example, the acquisition unit acquires an eye movement of the subject as the biological information, the detection unit detects a concentration level of the subject as a psychological state value of the subject on the basis of the eye movement.
