PURPOSE: A method for processing used absorbent sanitary product is provided to sterilize, dry, and destroy the absorbent hygienic product. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing used absorbent sanitary product comprises the following steps. A step of providing a rotary cylindrical autoclave (14) having an inner surface and two end portions； a step of filling absorbent sanitary product to autoclave； a step of heating, pressurizing, and rotating autoclave at a thermal death point； and a step of providing damage element lump of high intensity formed to easily destroy the absorbent sanitary product thermally and physically inside the autoclave. At least one of the two end portions is opened to be approached to the autoclave, and terminated within the sealed hatch (18, 20) in a sealing state to pressurize the autoclave. The damage element is composed of heat conductive material.사용한 흡수성 위생용품을 처리하기 위한 방법은 - 내부표면(22)과 두 단부들을 가지는 회전식 원통형 오토클레이브(14)를 형성하는 단계；상기 두 개의 단부들 중 적어도 한 개의 구성이, 상기 오토클레이브(14)로 접근할 수 있도록 개방될 수 있고, 상기 오토클레이브(14)를 가압할 수 있도록 밀봉상태로 밀폐되는 해치(18, 20)내에서 종료되며, - 상기 오토클레이브(14)에 밀폐된 흡수성 위생용품을 채우는 단계；- 상기 오토클레이브(14)를 살균온도로 가열하고 가압하며, 동시에 오토클레이브의 세로 축(A) 주위에서 상기 오토클레이브(14)를 회전구동하는 단계； - 오토클레이브(14) 내부에서 상기 흡수성 위생용품을 열적 물리적으로 용이하게 파괴하도록 형성된 고밀도 손상 요소 덩어리를 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
