The purpose is to provide a patch containing Fentanyls in which the time-dependent deposition of the crystals of fentanyl is inhibited without decreasing the adhesiveness to the skin, and which has drug stability with low irritation to the skin and favorable permeability of fentanyl to the skin. A patch containing Fentanyls, comprising a support, an adhesive layer containing Fentanyls, and a release liner, wherein the adhesive layer containing Fentanyls contains 0.01-0.5% by mass of ascorbic acid ester such as L-ascorbic acid palmitate. In addition, a patch containing Fentanyls, which further contains a sufficient amount of hindered phenol-type anti-oxidant for inhibiting deposition of fentanyl or a salt thereof is provided.
